The Question: How do we understand hoarding?
Hoarding is common, distressing and misunderstood.

Pause Portal: Culm Catkins (rooted/growth)
What helps you feel rooted
when life moves fast?
Goat willow,
often found near rivers,
has long been valued for its resilience
and strength in wet conditions.
Historically it was used in herbal remedies
to ease pain and soothe fevers,
Its soft, silvery catkins were a sign of spring’s return—
of hope after hardship.
Take a moment to consider this scene:
Where do you notice signs of growth
when everything around you is busy changing?
